R.S.A. appoints secretary
Mr D. B. Quigley, of Tauranga. has been appointed the assistant general secretary of the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association.
Mr Quigley, aged 46. is married with two teen-age children. For the last two years he has been vice-presi-dent of the Tauranga R.S.A. He saw overseas service with the British Army (East African Emergency Force) from 1953 to 1955 and settled in New Zealand in 1958.
He took up his new position on Mav 5.
