Botha) will visit the Secretary of State (Mr Alexander Haig) on May 14 to discuss the Reagan Administration’s emerging policy on Africa, the State Department has said. A spokesman said the one-day visit would provide an opportunity for the two Governments to discuss matters affecting Southern Africa, as well as bilateral issues.
