NZPA-Reuter Dublin The Irish rugby team, due to tour South Africa next week, should not use the name of Ireland nor any emblems suggesting that it , represents the country, the I Irish Government said yes- ' terday. A strongly-worded statement expressed ‘surprise and dismay* that the Irish Rugby Football Union had rejected pleas to cancel the tour from the Prime Minister, Mr Charles Haughey.
