WHY LUPINS? Uniwhite (sweet) lupins are the nearest quality feed to soya. They contain 30% protein, 10% oil with a good balance of carbohydrates. They exceed maize in total energy and provide a far superior protein content. They can be used up to 10% with other grains without protein unbalance. However higher blendings require a small addition of methionine or meatmeal when feeding nonruminants. PLANT NOWI A superior seed is available from nine years of cultivation in Canterbury.
