Mister Majestic likely
Special correspondent Dunedin Mister Majestic came into favour for the Roxburgh Handicap at the Roxburgh Trotting Club’s meeting today . with his win at Forbury Park on Saturday night. Mister Majestic won a maiden race by eight lengths at Roxburgh 12 months ago. His other three wins have been at Forburv Park, suggesting he has a preference for 1000 m tracks. Auchen Bay, a proven stayer with a last-start win on his record, should also be to the fore. Auchen Bay won the Invercargill Cup (3200 m a fortnight ago and was runner-up to Satchmo over 3100 m at Winton at his previous start. He beat Mister Majestic in both of those races. Happy Knight, which won a race for three-year-olds at Wyndham last month and then finished third to Bachelor Singer and Sierra Nevada at Addington, should be hard to beat in the Central Otago Stakes, the second leg of the T.A.B. double.
