PA Auckland An unemployed mechanic charged with murdering Theresa Marie Peters,; age eight, has been remanded in custody, for a ' depositions hearing. . '
Dannie Russell Vivian Morris, aged 32, of Panmure, appeared yesterday before Judge Taylor in the District Court at Auckland. He was remanded <to May 20 fbr a lower court hearing. Sione Finau Lolohea, aged 37, a machinist, of Grey Lynn,.- was remanded in custody yesterday toOakley Hospital to May 6 after being charged with- the murder of Talaivosa Phillips,
aged 27, on Friday and with being an illegal immigrant. Lolohea appeared before Judge Taylor in the District Court at Auckland after the stabbing of Talaivosa Phillips in a lift of the State Insurance building in central Auckland. No plea was entered.
In the Children and Young Persons Court at Whangarei a Kawakawa youth was committed for trial on a charge of murdering a Kawakawa man on November 30 last year. The youth, aged 16, denied the charge at the end of a depositions hearing yesterday.
