Rail crash inquiry
PA Wellington The terms of reference of the inquiry into the commuter train crash in the Wellington railway yards a year ago have been announced by the Associate Minister of Railways (Mr Malcolm). •He also confirmed that Judge Willis, of Wellington, a former senior District Court judge, would serve as a oneman board of inquiry.
The terms of reference are to inquire into and report to the Miniter on -the cause or causes of the collision and any other matter relevant to the circumstances of the collision.
