Chch man on tourism body
Parliamentary Reporter
A Christchurch man is one of two new appointments to the Tourism Advisory Council.He is Mr P. Phillips, managing director of the Mount Cook Group. The other appointment is that of Mr T. Hurley, of Wanganui. Both have been appointed for a two-year term.
The council, which has representatives of both the Government and private enterprise, advises the Government on tourism policies and. activities.
