The Wizard
’ Sir,—There must be hundreds of people like myself, who cannot understand why the media gives so much publicity to the individual who calls himself “The Wizard.” Is there any reason why he should be allowed to defy requests which, if copied by all, or even the majority of the population, would lead to chaos, perhaps anarchy? A person who refuses to conform should not be allowed to take advantage of any benefits, i.e. accident compensation, medical and hospital allowances, in fact he or she should be excluded from all social security, and services available to law-abiding citizens. The only way to treat such persons, and his crackpot team of followers, is to ignore them. — Yours, etc., FLO. BROMLEY. J March 25, 1981.
