A.N.Z.U.S. meeting in Wellington
NZPA Washington This year’s meeting of the A.N.Z.U.S, Council of Ministers will be in Wellington on June 22-23, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, (Mr Taiboys), announced in Washington at the week-end, Mr Taiboys confirmed that American Secretary of State, Mr Haig, had indicated that he would attend the meeting, barring any last-minute crises that would keep him in Washington. He said Mr Haig had also told him he planned to go to Manila immediately before the A.N.Z.U.S. meeting for a conference of the Association of South-East Asian Nations (A.S.E.A.N.), which will also be attended by New Zealand and Australian Ministers.
