Grant Forbes and Phillip Seal, two swimmers who could not win a place in the team for the New Zealand Games, last 'month, have received a rapid elevation to the Brisbane Commonwealth Games squad. Forbes and Seal were included in a squad of 27 announced at the end of. the New Zealand championships in Rotorua on Saturday.
