A four-man aerobatic team from the Flying School at the Royal New Zealand Air Force base, Wigram, rehearsed yesterday the display it will give at Air Force Day ’Bl at Ohakea tomorrow. Led by Squadron Leader
F. S. Sharp, the team, flying Airtrainer aircraft, has been working on its routine for the last., two weeks. As many as 30,000 people are expected to visit the Ohakea air base, near Palmerston North, for the open day.
Military aircraft from Britain, Australia, and the United States will also be on display. Wigram will also supply the 100-man guard for the Governor-General (Sir David Beattie), who will be the guest of honour: for the day. I- '. W--’"
