Board staff at steady level

Staff employed by the Lyttelton Harbour Board totals 383. according to a recent report by the general manager. Mr J. A. McPhail. This is an increase of only one over the number employed at the end of the 1979-80 financial year and seven above the figures recorded in January, 1960.
