‘Star Trek’ captain in spills and thrills
William Shatner (Captain Kirk in “Star Trek”) presents at series of adventure programmes looking at all manners of out-of-the-ordinary sports from around the world. There’s hang-gliding from the 1200 ft Makapuu Point in Hawaii, speedboat racing, sky-diving, aerobatics, bronco-busting,
cross-country, skiing and kayaking. Special long-range lens and portable cameras mounted on the boats, kites and aircraft give views, a spectacular sense of taking part in the action. The series of six 30minute episodes will begin on One on March 6.
