COST ACCOUNTANT A VACANCY HAS ARISEN in tile Accounting and Finance Section of the Southland County Council for a person who has either a Commerce Degree or is a Chartered Accountant, although consideration ’will be given to persons with extensive practical experience in this field. The work involves maintaining the Council’s cost ledger, plant operating accounts, works expenditure, reconciliation of computer and financ'-il records, reporting to management and Council, preparing budgets, co-ordinating data input from Departments.
