Remand on murder charge
' PA Auckland' J A man, aged 32, charged, with murder has been re-j manded to the District Court i at Kaikohe for a depositions hearing when he appeared in the District Court at Auckland. Raymond John Farrelly, a forestry worker, of Puketi, is charged with the murder of James Francis Marsh, whose body was found near the Puketi State Forest headquarters on January 23. Judge Wallace remanded Farrelly in custody to April 15. - '--’ -■ -
