Town and Country Planning Act 1977 HURUNUI COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF DISTRICT SCHEME CHANGE CHANGE NO. 5 TO THE OPERATIVE DISTRICT SCHEME — WAIPARA SECTION THE Hurunui County Council has prepared a district scheme change to the Operative District Scheme (Waipara Section) as set out below: — CHANGE No. 5: To uplift the present designated purpose of “Gravel” on land owned by the Council and described asPart Lot 2 D.P. 1870 more particularly contained in Certificate of Title Folio 263 Volume 157 and replace with the designated purpose “Rubbish Tip.” EXPLANATION: The reserve (,4ha. in area) is situated on the south side of Virginia Road, Masons Flat 1 kilometre from Rawseys Road and 8 kilometres from the Township of Hawarden, is required for use as a Rubbish Tip.
