The Christchurch police are anxious to hear from anybody who knows the whereabouts ,of <a girl .who has been away from her home since December 13. She is Wendy Leanne Wallace, aged 15, of Marine Parade, New Brighton, who had been in touch with her parents by telephone since she had left home but had not been heard from for some days, said a police spokesman.. . .She is described as being 165 cm tall, of. medium build, with 1 b'rown eyes and brown hair. J '■ When last seen she was wearing a plum-coloured, pinstripe -skirt, a pale-blue blouse, a dark-blue cardigan, a brown windbreaker jacket with a cream stripe on the sleeves, . and blue-and-black jandals. '
