Kuwaiti oil to rise
INZPA Kuwait i Kuwait will increase the I price of its crude oil by ! about SNZ3 a barrel from i January I after last week’s 10 per cent rise agreed by Ministers of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting ! Countries meeting in Bali, a Kuwaiti newspaper said yesterday. The new price of a barrel of Kuwait crude would be either $36.20 or $36.75, compared with $33 at present, the newspaper “Al-Qabas” said, quoting a Kuwaiti official source. The Kuwaiti Petroleum Ministry declined to comment on the report.
