Goodman div. tax-free
Goodman Group. Ltd, is to pay its interim dividend of 9c a share (9 per cent) from the share premium reserve, which will make it tax-free, the directors have announced. The interim dividend was declared on October' 13. but the source of the dividend was not stated. Since then the directors obtained the approval of shareholders and the High Court to pay the total dividend from the reserve. ,
