Eye trouble at concert
PA Wellington Wellington Hospital was late last night treating more than 20 people for eye trouble apparently caused by small chemical flares at an Elton John concert at Athletic Park. Medical staff said people were reporting difficulty in seeing and irritation after getting chemicals from the flares in their eyes. The concert attracted 25,000 fans and the forecast rain did not eventuate.
