N.Z. win observe elections
PA Wellington The Minister of Foreign Affairs (Mr Taiboys) has announced that New Zealand will contribute $30,000 to the cost of sending a Commonwealth mission to observe the General Election in Uganda.
The mission, which will be sent, at the request of the Ugandan authorities, will include one or two representatives of each of a number of Commonwealth countries.
