Dangers to children
PA , Wellington The number of children being burned, drowned, or hurt in car accidents‘ will be the subject of a special meeting at Wellington on December 3. The one-day meeting has been organised by the National Children’s. Health Research Foundation and has attracted a line-up of pediatricians and specialists in child safety. Much of the meeting will concentrate on the special dangers children face when travelling, in motor-vehicles, but emphasis is also put on water safety,' safety l ' from burning,' and on accidents-at home and at school.
