NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Commerce Commission has received a report from the Examiner of Commercial Practices concerning certain collective pricing arrangements operated by.the New Zealand Stock and Station Agents Association relating to a scale of fees and charges for services performed by its members. These arrangements were approved by the Commission, subject to conditions, in its decision No. 27 dated March 16, 1978. in his re-f-port the Examiner recommends that the Commission revoke its approval of the collective pricing agreements and the conditions to that approval and that it then approve the agreements subject to a new set of conditions. Full details of this recommendation are available on application to the Executive Officer of the. Commission at the address at the foot of this notice. 2. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Commission proposes to hold a public Inquiry into this matter: and that as a first step applications for party status-to this inquiry pursuant to Section 14 of the Act. are now. sought. All persons who wish to take part in the inquiry are asked to notify the Executive Officer of the Commission of this in writing and with reasons by December 12. .1980. 3.
