C.S.R. heads for record
PA Sydney The mining and industrial giant, C.S.R., Ltd, is well on the way to a record annual profit after a 48 per cent increase to 560.58 M in the half-year to September 30. The profit compares with $41.05M in the-previous year and is just SI7M short of the full year’s result. The total turnover rose by 57.1 per cent to $935.1 IM from' $395.36M and was helped by the doubling of world sugar prices.
