NZPA ' Prague Strange things came to light when managers of .the Skoda Filsen:- heavy engineering plant . : in Prague did a spot check on the night shift. -.Many workers were fast asleep. Others had slipped away from -the premises
to attend to private .mat- • ters. A few had disappeared altogether, failing to show up even for the shift change. . . Skoda Pilsen managers said that some of the lost working time was caused by foremen ..hot knowing what to do if no task had been assigned-to them.
