Planning consent for erecting a big advertising sign depicting illuminated hamburger buns with neon: writing in-between .wasgranted last evening by the Panama County Council’s town planning -'mnrnittee. . Tire sign, which will cost almost $5OOO. wilt advertise a new fast-food bar, “Bumper Burger,” to open soon at Wigram.
