Mix up
Monday’s Cooking with Celia Timms muddled up methods. Disregard the instructions for' < “lemon juice, mashed ’ anchovies, capers and season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat through. Remove . . . ” This should appear in the method of the following recipe, Spaghetti and Tuna Sauce: “Drain tuna and flake and blend into sauce with lemon juice, mashed a nchovies, capers and season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and swirl in the butter. Pour over hot freshly cooked spaghetti.” The method in Wednesday’s Alison Holst recipe for chicken paprika should read: Thaw’ the chicken pieces and line a sponge roll tin with aluminium foil, so that you don’t : have a messy wash-up j later. Put the oil and butter ! on the foil, and heat in { the oven while it is warming up,.. I
