Skybus hopes to announce plan
Aqua Avia hopes io announce plans for its first overseas flight later this week, according to a director of the Skybus venture. Mr J. G. Rutherford, yesterday. A High Court decision on Fridav blocked the Royal New Zealand Aero Club from interfering in the activities of Skvbus. The court ruled that ' the aero chib could not suspend the tiny: Piako Aero Chib because of its association with Skybus. *T think all the obstacles; are out of the way now and that we can announce details of our first flight later this’ week,” Mr Rutherford said.
