No buyer for Mercer’s
There is still no buyer for the industrial complei at 347 Moorhouse Avenue of J. Mercer and Sons, Ltd. However, negotiations were being made In conjunction with another real estate firm for * big company to lease part of the complex, said Mr W. Mehalski, of George AndertonSmith City Market, Ltd, yesterday. There had been persons inspecting the property, including a potential buyer, but it was stJill available for sale or full lease, he said. However, the owner preferred to sell the property rather than lease It. The 8493 sqt tt complex was passed ta at auction at $700,000 on October 9. The government valuation (1979) is $692,000.
