Min. Resources issue filled
The director of Minera 1 Resources (N.Z.) Ltd, announce that after the closing date for applications for the company’s one-for-four cash rights issue at par, 68,000 shares remain unsubscribed. This represents 3 per cent of the 2,008,000 shares available to be issued. Under terms of the agreement with Otter Exploration, N.L., of Australia, the Mineral Resources directors may require Otter to subscribe for the shortfall, the chairman (Dr J. S. Watt) said.
