Attractive jumping by Diprose

Special correspondent Palmerston North Diprose gave a grand display of neat and quick jumping at Awapuni yesterday morning. He is fighting fit for the hurdle race there tomorrow and on yesterday’s effort it will take a good effort to beat him. Diprose was a good second in his debut at the Marton meeting last month. He has since finished third in a highweight at Otaki. He schooled over six hurdles and never looked like making a mistake. One of Diprose's main rivals will., be last-start flat winner, Finlay.
