President of L.W.R.
The shareholders of Lane Walker Rudkin Industries, Ltd, will be asked to approve a change to the articles of association to permit the creation of the office of president. The present chairman (Mr N. H. Rudkin) has intimated his wish to retire from that position in advance of the normal retiring age, and the board wishes to appoint him as president, and keep him on the board.
