N-ships opposed
The Foundation for Peace Studies opposes the visit to Wellington of the American nuclear-powered warship Truxtun. It has written to all members of Parliament about the dangers of an arms race and has called on all New Zealanders to consider the serious implications of visits by nuclear-armed and nucle-ar-powered ships.-
