Property Market
Four hundred and fifty persons attended a public auction at 16 West Belt, Lincoln, on Saturday in which a modern bungalow on a 1012 sq.'m. property, and the contents of the house were offered. The property was passed in but sold immediately afterwards for $35,000. It has a Government valuation of $28,500 and was auctioned by Mr Albert Sprott for Matson and Allan, and Warwick Todd real estate agents. The contents were also auctioned by Mr Sprott for Warwick Todd.
