MARLBOROUGH UNITED COUNCIL THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1977 PUBLIC NOTICE /OF D'RA’FT SECTION' ONE • OF THE REGIONAL. PLANNING SCHEME PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Marlborough United Council has prepared Draft Section One of the Regional Planning Scheme. The Draft Section One may be inspected without fee during normal office hours at any of the following places. Marlborough United Council, Henry Street, BLENHEIM • Blenheim Borough Council, Seymore Street, BLENHEIM. Kaikoura County Council, 34 Esplanade, KAIKOURA. Marlborough County Council, Henry Street, BLENHEIM. Picton Borough Council, High Street, PICTON. Any interested body or person may send written submissions on the draft section one to the Marlborough United Council, P.O. Box 19 Blenheim. These submissions must be lodged at the office of the United Council, not later than 4 p.m. Friday January 30, 1981. As soon as possible after the expiry of this date the United Council will consider all submissions and may convene meetings for that purpose. It shall convene a meeting if requested to do so, by a local authority. When all these submissions have been considered the authority shall revise the draft section one and make such alterations as it considers necessary.
