Canterbury Inn
The photograph at the top of the page shows the dining room, which can cater for quite large parties,' as seen from the bandstand, and framed by it. The bandstand is part of the early Canterbury theme, as these and' the bicycle band, - were very much part of life in the early colony. The stand is an attractive period piece of: iron, in keeping with the style which the Canterbury Inn is trying to achieve. - The other photograph shows the ■ “Fitz Gerald Bar,” where patrons may pleasantly while away any waiting time with a drink while admiring the delightful old pictures in memdriam 6f 3.
