Mines work
Westport reporter Buller ■ State coalmines worked normally yesterday after a national dispute between mines officials and the Government was resolved. Mines officials with the Public Service Association had intended to hold a twohour stop-work meeting yesterday to discuss moves to reduce wet-time and meal allowances. However, Government agreed to maintain the old conditions.
