Public Notices MILK PRICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the Milk Act 1967, the New Zealand Milk Board has authorised all maximun prices to be increased as special maximum prices by 1 cent per 600 mJ bottle, or 1.66 cents per litre, as the case may be, with effect from and including the First day of September 1980 in the following areas: AREA(S) All that area within a radius of 2km from the Harihari Post Office. SCHEDULE Maximum price -to be charged for milk sold to vendors, shop dairies, commercial users and consumers. Quantity supplied on any one day, irrespective of number of deliveries. 1 When sold to a vendor or to the occupier of a shop dairy for resale: In any quantity, at the rate of, 30.98 cents per litre. 2 When sold to a commercial user or consumer: Less than 600 ml, at the rate of, 11 cents per. 300 ml. 600 ml or more but less than 12. litres, at the rate of, 21 cents per 600 ml. 12 litres or more, at -the rate of, 34.98 cents per litre. These prices are in substitution for the prices previously in force in the area.
