MILK PRICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the Milk Act 1967, the New Zealand Milk Board has authorised all maximum prices to be increased as special maximum prices by 1 cent per 600 ml bottle, or 1.66 cents Per.htre, as the case may be, with effect from and n-lufing the First day of September 1980 in the following areas: AREA(S) . All that area in the Awatere County within 12km on either side of Main Highway No. 1 southwards from the point where it is joined by the road from Taimate Railway Station. The Kaifcoura County excluding that area within Ikm on either side of Main Highway No. 1 southwards from the point where it crosses the Kowhai River to the point where at. . : crosses the Oaro River. This includes Taimate, Ward, Mirza, Wharanui, Kekerengu, Clarence, Mangamaiinu, Hapuku, Kaikoura. SCHEDULE Maximum price to be charged for milk sold to vendors, shop dairies, commercial users and consumers. Quantity supplied on any one day, irrespective of ■ number of deliveries. 1 When sold to a vendor or to the occupier of a shop dairy for resale: In any quantity, at the rate of 30.98 cents per litre. 2 When sold to a commercial user or consumer: Less than 600 ml, at the rate of 11 cents per ‘ 300 ml. „ x 600 ml or more but less than 12 litres, at the rate of 21 cents per 600 ml. 12 litres or more, at the rate of 34.98 cents per litre.
