Specialist to visit
A rioted British architect, Mr Selwyn Goldsmith,. who has specialised in promoting better designing for disabled people, will visit Christchurch on September 3 and 4. Mr Goldsmith, who is an adviser to the British Government’s Department of the Environment, will address Christchurch architects at the Arts Centre on September 3.
Mr Goldsmith will also address a public meeting that evening with particular emphasis for disabled people and their supporters. at the Foundation for the Blind’s headquarters in Bristol Street. Mr Goldsmith will conduct a seminar for architects and community planners at the. University of Canterbury on. September 4.
