10 Downing Street orders 'mole' hunt
NZPA London An investigator is reported to have been given the job of trapping Whitehall “moles” who leak information to the British press.
The posting was made after growing anger by senior British Government Ministers over a spate of recent leaks. The man they have set to trap the culprits is known as Mr Bingham, according to the “Guardian”. It is believed that he takes his orders directly from 10 Downing Street and is mainly concerned about the identity of the mole leaking
