Sydney teams visit
The Dimet Bears, a junior team from . the North Sydney hockey club will play a series of games in Canterbury next week. An under 14 and under 12 team will play four games in their week-long visit to the South Island. On Monday and Tuesday they will play the Canterbury Hatch
Cup sides at Burwood Park. On Wednesday they play the Ashburton Hatch Cup team and on Thursday the South Canterbury Hatch Cup side. From a top Sydney junior club, the sides contain several New South Wales representatives. It is believed they are the first junior club sides to visit New Zealand.
