L and M Oil New Zealand, Ltd, considered that the company was fortunate to be given the opportunity to participate in a drilling venture with-such excellent potential at reasonable cost as the Australian oil well with Beach Petroleum M.L., the directors said; it was with regret that they learnt that the Victorian Minister for Minerals and Energy had consented to the proposed farm-out.
