A two-year-old ownership flat at 33 Somerset Crescent sold at mortgagee auction yesterday for its reserve price of $17,500.
The 1979 Government Valuation of the composite titled flat is $18,500. It is built of . concrete block with veneer, has a Monier tile roof, two bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge, and a garage, and is in a block of four. The Housing Corporation was the mortgagee. The flat was auctioned by Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd.
