When 695 antique items are on display,, ranging from 15 cigarette card albums to a knotted prayer rug from Afghanistan, it is not surprising that Izaak Prestidge, aged two, had to stop and consult his catalogue during the viewing day yesterday for R. G. Beil and Company’s auction at Kaiapoi. Even the seats are unusual. Izaak is sitting on a large pair of leather-copper bound bellows. The two-day auction will open today.
