ASHTON, Elizabeth Ann—On August 11, 1980, at Waimate, loved wife of the late W. Ashton and the late W. F. Simpson, and loved mother of Frank and the late Jack and Winnie (Mrs Gillum, Opotiki), and Rerie (Mrs Hull, Gosford); aged 100 years. Funeral will leave the Methodist Church. Waimate, Tomorrow (Thursday), August 14, after a service commencing at 11 a.m., for the Waimate Cemetery. No flowers, by request. Davies and McVie. BAILLIE, William Charles (Bill), of Gilbert Place. Waltham—On August 11, 1980, at Christchurch, dearly loved husband of the late'Eileen, loved father of Noeleen (Mrs Le Fevre). Bruce, Ray, Jill (Mrs de Thier). loved father-in-law of Bob and Bret, and loved granddad of Fleur and Sophie and Ingrid; aged 73 years. No flowers, by request, but donations to the Canterbury Asthma Society, P.O. Box 13091, Armagh, would be appreciated. Messages to 325 Eastern Terrace. Christchurch 2.
