Road tax alternatives
PA Tauranga Alternatives to the present system of road-user charges will be put to the national conference of the Road Transport Association at the end of next month, says the president of the association’s Bay of Plenty branch, Mr S. Williamson. The Association’s readings and technical committee had discussed “two or three” alternatives to the charges, he said.
