Christchurch’s secondary schools rugby competition was decided in exciting fashion, when St Bede’s College held Christchurch Bdys’ High School to a 10-all draw to narrowly take the championship on Saturday.

For much of the game though, it looked as though Bovs’ High were set to win, , and share the title. It built up a 10-0 lead in a convincing manner, until the St Bede’s forward pack came back in the second-half to control the game. -

second successive title. In the other secondary schools game Burnside High School'.’xtcorded its second win;. beating Linwood High School 18-13.
