IN THE MATTER Of the Local Government Act 1974, public notice is hereby given that the . Waimairi County Council proposes under the provisions of the abovementioned Act to stop part of a road, Sylvan Street, adjoining that land described in the Schedule below and as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 15068 and having an area of 352 square metres.

Further public notice is hereby given that a plan showing the area of land concerned is deposited at.the public office of the said Council at the corner of Jeffreys/Clyde Roads, Fendalton, where it is available for inspection during ordinaryoffice hours.
